 Our talented caterers ensure that everyone gets a deserved break from kitchen duties. Lunch is served at about one o'clock and afternoon tea is served at about three.
 
Our menu changes every season and it is possible to cater for any variations you might desire.
 
Menu
 
 The crew will be happy to welcome you aboard for morning coffee and tea, served with Bacon Butties. A variety of drinks will be available throughout the day, including Pimms, White and Red Wine, Beer and soft drinks. Lunch will consist of two hot dishes from the list below.

 You make your choice and let us know by email or fax (020 7702 0746) as soon as possible after your charter has been booked quoting the appropriate number choice.
  1. Lemon and Rosemary Chicken
    Chicken breasts cooked in cream sauce with lemon juice and fresh rosemary
  2. Beef Tagine
    Cubed lean braising steak, cooked slowly with saffron, honey, dates and spices
  3. Fish Pie
    Cod, smoked haddock and prawns cooked in a creamy sauce topped with cheddar mash
  4. Shepherds Pie
    Minced lamb, carrots and swede cooked in rich gravy with a cheddar mash topping
  5. Lasagne
    A rich tomato Bolognese topped with a Parmesan cheese sauce topping
Vegetarian
  1. Roasted Vegetable Lasagne
    Roasted Mediterranean vegetables in a rich tomato sauce topped with a parmesan cheese sauce
  2. Cottage Pie
    Root vegetables, lentils and beans cooked in a rich sauce topped with goats cheese mash

 A selection of cold meats, including a variety of Italian salamis, a variety of freshly baked breads, hot buttered new potatoes, caesar salad and spicy pasta salad.
 
And for Dessert...
 
 Terrine of Summer Fruits, Apricot and Sherry Trifle and Five Cheeses and Biscuits
 
After a hard afternoon's jet-skiiing, sunbathing and boozing, it's time for tea! Tea or coffee will be served with Seafin's Egg 'n Cress Sandwiches and Tea Bread.
