Corporate Charter and Hospitality

Companies and other organisations are under pressure to achieve greater cost-effectiveness across all business activities. A day cruising on Seafin is increasingly favoured as Directors discover the potential payback of a Corporate Sailing Day providing a vehicle for building client relationships.

Clients and/or colleagues appreciate the experience of cruising to Cowes, Beaulieu, or other Solent beauty spots, Seafin is exclusively yours giving the flexibility to tailor your day to suit your business requirements. A classic and timeless motor yacht she is a great talking point and ideal for networking or team building, with an open seating and viewing area and breathtaking views of the Solent.

There is space on the aft deck for a small board meeting or working breakfast on board, and modern amenities. The multimedia centre offers a flatscreen tv and projector with a generous 72-inch screen alongside a music and audio system.

On-board catering is included on Seafin to ensure you have everything you need from breakfast through to afternoon tea. Lunch menu choices range from delicious sandwiches to simple or elaborate buffets, for a special treat add on our lobster platters and champagne. Alternatively, lunch can be taken at a selection of waterside restaurants.

A variety of watersports equipment is included in your corporate day ranging from our stand-up paddleboards, exhilarating jet skis, or for the ultimate thrill our ribs can be added as an optional extra. If you’re looking for an unforgettable backdrop consider hosting your event to coincide with one of the famous sailing regattas held in the Solent each year. As a spectator boat, you’ll become fully immersed in the action for a truly unique VIP experience.

The itinerary for the day will depend a little on your preferences, but a typical example would include:

– Welcome Pimms (or similar) and light breakfast on arrival
– Safety briefing for guests
– Cruise to Bucklers Hard or another quiet bay*
– Buffet lunch on board
– Launch jet skis and paddle boards, and an opportunity to swim
– Afternoon tea, and cruise back to Port Hamble.

On occasions, we have been spoilt with spotting seals and a local pod of dolphins swimming in Solent waters although sightings cannot be guaranteed.
