A Seafin cruise is a one-of-a-kind, truly memorable day out. We want to ensure your day is perfectly matched to your requirements so we tailor your day to suit you including, your choice of stopover location in the Solent and when you might want to explore a bay on a paddleboard or a jetski. Choose from our wonderful selection of hot and cold food from our menu and other catering options throughout the day. Just tell us what your requirements are.
Typical Day – Our most popular itinerary (water activity such as jet skis may be launched morning or afternoon depending on the conditions)
9am: Guests board Seafin at Port Hamble, and enjoy a breakfast on board of coffee, juice, bacon rolls, and brioche or pastry.
10:30am: Seafin departs Port Hamble , heading out of Southampton Water and into the Solent with a morning option of watersports.
12:30pm: Continue to Beaulieu and enjoy a cruise up the river to Bucklers Hard. This really is a treat for wildlife lovers and provides the most gorgeous scenery.
1.30pm: Your chosen lunch menu is served on the aft deck and in the saloon.
2.30pm: After lunch (and a trip to the pub for those who fancy a pint or a G&T) Seafin gently makes her way back down the river and re-enters the Solent where you can admire passing yachts and watch the world go by. We will find a suitable bay (depending on the prevailing currents and winds) where we anchor and the two jet skis and paddleboards can be launched for the guests’ pleasure. Swimming, sunbathing and relaxing are the order of the day.
4pm: Afternoon Tea is served drinks and refreshments are served throughout the day, but we all gather on the aft deck for a very British afternoon tea.
5.30pm: Return to Hamble and disembark.
Good To Know
Parking for 10 vehicles is available in the marina for your guests. All mooring costs and fuel are included in the charter fee. The price also includes the usual complement of 5 crew members – although it is customary to leave an additional tip (of about 7.5% of the charter fee) for crew who work exceptionally hard to deliver the perfect day for you.
The standard menus are included in the cost of the charter along with good quality red, rosé and white wines, beer, Pimms or similar, soft drinks, mineral water, tea and coffee and are all available throughout the day.
Guests must wear soft shoes and we recommend that you bring a towel and wind/splash jacket, sun cream and sunglasses.
